I’m going to share with you how I recruit 7 members to Vemma business in less than 7days. This sounds amazing? In fact, this is not miracle and you can do it too.

If you are with Vemma, you should know that every week, Vemma has the cut off time for the upgrading to paid member and if the pre-enrollees didn’t take the chance to upgrade, they will lost their position and the “ready” team members under them.

Last night, I login to vemma back office and found that this week there are 7 pre-enrollees (PE) have upgraded to paid members inside the team. They are not directly enrolled by me but is the effort of the team members. 5 is a good number and I know I should do something. I started to see who I can contact and spread them the good news. And I started to send out personal emails to few PE whom I talked to them before.

First member
I then able to connect with PE1 through facebook chat. I’ve talked to PE1 and she is quite interested in Vemma. However, she yet to take any action to upgrade. So, I told her that she has 5 downlines waiting for her now and I manage to guide her online and signed up as member.

Second member
This was quite late and I was waiting for PE2 as he told me he would online and talked with me about Vemma. He then signed up as member after a better understanding and get more information about Vemma business. This has been done while we both chatting online.

Third member
Extra bonus! Why? I wake up early this morning and get an email about notification of new member. Well, I know the system has done a sponsoring for me while I was sleeping. How? Thanks to the upgrading of PE2, vemmabuilder immediately informs all members place above PE2 and let them decide whether they want to secure their position now. PE3 then take the chance to upgrade and secure his position.

Forth member
Another great bonus! I get an email notification of new member upgraded. PE4 read my emails sent last night about 7 downlines waiting for her and she finally takes the chance to secure her position too. Although vemmabuilder also notify her about the good news, but an extra effort to email personally may bring better results.

Fifth member
When the time PE5 signup is quite near to the cut off time. She is not so comfirm whether she should join vemma because still have some doubts. However, I suggest her to secure the position and try the business and product. I’m pretty sure she will like our online community since she wants to work from home too. And she finally sign up before the cut off time.

Here are some findings and sharing for the above experience:

1) VemmaBuilder is a good helper to spread the good news and help me signed up a member automatically.

2) I do a little extra by sending some PE about the good news, just in case they didn’t read vemmabuilder email. And it helps to sign up a member.

3) I talk to 3 PE online and guide them to upgrade. And this is not the first time we chat but after a few weeks of following up and we actually become friends instead of PE relationship.

Now, maybe you would say, “Hey Agnes, you can do it because you have many (7) sign up by team members and you got good news to spread. But I don’t have”. Nope, this is not the case. All 5 members above are in different situation because they are in different line. PE2 join as member without anyone under him. He just really understand Vemma is a good business and he wants to join this business opportunity. While PE3 sign up with only 1 downline under him.

I remember few days ago, my upline said: “looks like you are hitting a dry spell” Why? Because I get many leads but still zero sign up for the week! Haa.. In fact I never upset about that. For me, is JUST GO DO IT! I’m doing correct activities everyday and I know “a time to sow and a time to reap”.

For team members, should not be upset if you still have no significant results. Just follow our training and do the correct activities everyday. You will see the results and Remember: a time to SOW and a time to REAP.
