One of the early eye openers for me is about this book of the famous author Robert Kiyosaki entitled RICH DAD POOR DAD. This book was a huge success with millions of copies being sold worldwide. In this book, Robert Kiyosaki had two dads, one is his biological dad tagged as “poor dad” and one is his friend’s dad tagged as “rich dad.” Both dads taught Robert Kiyosaki how to reach his financial goals and achieve success but with different approaches.

One of Herbalife's biggest independent distributors and President’s Team Member Anthony Powell has left Herbalife to join Vemma and he’s exhorting his 16,000 distributors to join him.

Anthony Powell will distribute Verve energy-drink products for Scottsdale, Arizona-based Vemma Nutrition Co., he said in a webcast to his distributors Jan. 6. Spokesmen for Vemma and Herbalife confirmed the move. Powell didn’t respond to messages seeking comment.

“This is going to be the biggest explosion in network marketing history,” Powell, a 22-year Herbalife distributor who is in his early 40s, said on the webcast distributed by Ustream.tv. “This is a big move for all of us.”

Herbalife’s stock has lost nearly half its value since Greenlight Capital Inc.’s David Einhorn questioned the company’s disclosures during a May 1 conference call.

Then in December, hedge fund manager Bill Ackman, head of Pershing Square Capital Management LP, accused Herbalife of operating illegally as a pyramid scheme and urged regulators to take action.

There are many more but I just list a few points. Then you will ask, why people are saying Vemmabuilder is a scam? It is not hard to figure this out with common sense. There are a few groups of people who will say Vemmabuilder is a scam online.

1. People who want to get traffic to their blogs or websites
Vemma is a growing company and Vemmabuilder is very popular. The search volume of these words on Google is very high. So it is not hard to see why people want to have an article or website ranked high on Google and get a lot of traffic to their websites.

2. People who want to sell you a marketing system or recruit you into their own business
Again using the same principle of getting traffic to their websites, they write bad things about Vemmabuilder and then promote their own business or system to you. If you read some of these articles carefully you will see the hidden motive.

3. People who don’t understand how internet marketing and marketing system works
You sign up for a system for free, then you get email saying you have money waiting. Most people will think this is too good to be true and say it is a scam without trying to understand it more.
